The Department of Women Beniel City Council has organized a lecture on the occasion of World Health day, which will talk about breast cancer and cervical cancer.
This initiative, also launched by the Spanish Association Against Cancer, is aimed at all women in the town who want information about this disease so common today.
The talk will be given by a physician at the Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca, Gema Marín Safra, Medical Oncology Service of this hospital.
According to the councilor in charge of this area, M ª Carmen Morales, the main objective of this meeting is to inform women of the people on these two cancers, and they know their characteristics or symptoms in order to detect as soon as possible. "
The talk will take place on Thursday 29 Staff at the Center for Women's Beniel at 17:30.
