The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed a research aimed at clarifying the dissemination through WhatsApp messaging, images of a sexual nature of a minor, which has resulted in the charge of a young, minor, the which he is credited with authorship of the crime alleged against privacy.
The investigation began when the Civil Guard received a complaint in which the parents of a girl, a minor, recounting the dissemination of images of sexual nature of her daughter.
The researchers focused on tracing the dissemination of photographs of young committed, through WhatsApp telephone messaging system, to track down the person who might possess nude photographic material of the child and avoid immediately, his propagation Internet and social networks.
The Civil Guard found that the images under investigation had been broadcast by a young man with whom the victim had an affectionate relationship.
This lower allegedly had sent photographs of young nude to third parties through messaging WhatsApp.
Once the accused has been identified as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against privacy.
The facts have been brought to the attention of the Office of Children of Murcia.
