Mayor Beniel Roberto Garcia Navarro and the Minister of Education, Training and Employment, Constantine Sotoca, with moan Martinez, Director General of servivio Employment and Training, and M ª Carmen Morales, Councillor for Employment and Training, inaugurated this morning the Virtual Employment Office located in the "Social Center Beniel Village", part of the project to generate employment "uses Beniel", which the municipality is taking place since June 2011, and which has generated over 40 jobs.
Through this service citizens receive Beniel wider service and avoid unnecessary trips to the employment office of Murcia for the most common steps and procedures related to their job demands, in order to provide better service to its citizens no longer have to scroll to the employment office of Murcia, to perform the usual steps and procedures related to job demands.
At the moment, which is extremely important to facilitate citizen access to public employment services, the City of Beniel and the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment has made a significant effort to operate the Virtual Office Employment.
The new service has two distinct areas: First, find the "Hall of Self", equipped with seven computers and a printer from which the job seeker can view training courses Employment Service and Training access to jobs, make an appointment at the Office of Jorge Juan or see their benefits, while managing their own demand for employment.
This section is especially interesting because users can receive you in a personal password to access, obtain certificates, request customized reports on the status of its application to the demand for high, low or suspend it, and to renew or sealed.
It has also enabled a "Classroom Professional Guidance" in which users can participate in working group sessions with counselors of the Employment Service and Training, without having to go to Murcia.
These sessions will be scheduled by the office itself Jorge Juan and will serve to improve the employability of jobseekers Beniel, improving job search techniques or to reveal some of the resources available to unemployed workers.
Besides the opening ceremony, the day will have two job search workshops taught by two technicians work orientation of the Employment Service and Training which is aimed at unemployed in the municipality.
The commissioning of the new Virtual Employment Office will also help improve coordination between the Employment Agency of Murcia Jorge Juan and the Local Employment Center of the City of Beniel, offering integrated services, joint actions and, ultimately, improving quality of care provided to users.
