The Director General of Trade and Handicrafts, Julio José Lorenzo, accompanied by the mayor of Beniel, Roberto Garcia, and the president of the Merchants' Association of the municipality, Juan Francisco Marín, will open tomorrow in Beniel (20:00, Plaza Ramón y Cajal) the Third Trade Fair, with the participation of 30 local establishments that offer a variety of products and articles in the area.
During this weekend, the booths of the participating merchants installed in the Plaza Ramón y Cajal, Calle Juan Diaz Plaza San Jose and offer their products Torrevieja Street from 10:00 to 23:00 Saturday and 10:00 to 22:00 hours on Sunday.
The fair also features a series of parallel activities such as workshops, raffles and contests for all visitors, children's entertainment and activities from 19:00 to 21:00.
This initiative of the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, in collaboration with the Beniel Merchants Association, aims to boost retail activity in the locality, for it offers a space in which facilities can showcase their products , contact with potential customers and retain their usual clientele.
This is a commercial revitalization measures framed in the Plan to Promote Retail Region of Murcia, which aims to promote the competitiveness of local commerce, and strengthen the promotion, loyalty and attracting new customers to trade retailer.
