MarketPlace is a website whose format is shared by pages such as Amazon or FNAC, but this time it will only include products from local establishments, thus providing businesses with a digital showcase.The impact of the pandemic has accelerated important challenges, such as digitization and the transition to new economic models, and the Town Hall will make it easier for businesses in the municipality to take that step easily and with local support.The project, in which the area council has been working for months, begins its implementation next week with the beginning of the informative talks that the promoters of the web will hold with those responsible for the interested businesses.
The implementation of the website has a cost of 7,000 euros that are assumed by the municipal budget.The City Council will assume in a second phase the cost of the first year of service for all businesses that join this initiative, with the aim of providing certainty to the self-employed and merchants in this process.
