Today the new restrictive measures decreed by the regional health authorities come into force, after their publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.The limitations are imposed in the municipalities of Abanilla, Alhama de Murcia, Archena, Beniel, Cieza, Fortuna, Fuente Álamo, Jumilla, Lorca, Molina de Segura, Totana and Santomera, with the aim of reducing the incidence and spread of COVID -19. The provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Health include the following mandatory measures: The maximum occupancy capacity will be 40% inside the hotel and restaurant establishments.Food and beverage retail stores must be closed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The Order also includes a series of specific recommendations: It is recommended that the entire population of the affected municipalities strictly apply the general prevention and hygiene measures contained in the current regulations; as well as, where appropriate, in the sector guides or protocols applicable in each field of activity.People over sixty-five years of age or belonging to groups of special risk who reside or are in the affected municipalities are advised to stay at their homes except to carry out essential or essential activities, reducing their social interaction in as much as possible.
