The new Municipal Study Hall opens to the public from June 8, within the framework of the de-escalation process.
Throughout the year, this space will be permanently located on the third floor of the "Infanta Cristina" Cultural Center, after a process of reorganization of the activities of this center. This area for students has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and the necessary plugs to allow the connection of computer equipment.
At the moment the study room will be adapted to the schedule of the "Infanta Cristina" Cultural Center, given the current emergency situation, while projects to expand them are being evaluated.
These hours are from 9:30 a.m.
to 1:30 p.m.
and from 4:30 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m. This opening will be carried out with a series of measures that guarantee safety in the use of this public space: 1.In compliance with sanitary measures, the safety distance of two meters must be kept between users.
The use of a mask will be mandatory to access the municipal facilities and use hand sanitizer.2.Only one seat per table will be used and upon leaving your seat, the used chair will be placed on the table.
The exchange of material is prohibited.3.
A registration sheet must be signed at the beginning and at the end of the study time, with personal data and contact number.4.The minimum age to be able to use this facility is 16 years, measured to maximize safety and hygiene5.
Users will sign a document stating that they have been informed of the security measures.
Minors must deliver it with the authorization of the legal guardian.6.
Disinfectant material will be available for user use, as well as hydroalcoholic gel.
Informational signage has also been installed in the classroom.7.
Cleaning and hygiene work will be intensified, but it is vital to respect the rules for the safe use of this installation.
