The City Council, Hidrogea and Sermubeniel continue to promote the initiative of the "Case of Colors", a program to which 50 children between six and twelve years of age of the municipality are attached.
This action promoted by the Department of Women and Equality is aimed at promoting family reconciliation and providing educational support to minors.
Thanks to the agreement signed by Mª Carmen Morales, Mayor of Beniel, Inmaculada Serrano, General Director of Hidrogea and Juan Jaime Ferrer, Manager of Sermubeniel, this support and conciliation program will be extended in what is its seventh edition in Beniel.
Over the past seven years, this service has covered more than 250 schoolchildren.
During the rest of the course, about fifty beneficiary students will be able to carry out complementary activities and learn study techniques on an extended schedule.
The sessions will also address environmental awareness, personal development actions that promote social skills, equality and integration.
