In compliance with the programming of the Surveillance and Control Campaigns and Operations for the year 2020 carried out by the General Traffic Directorate, a Special Campaign for monitoring and control of vehicle conditions will take place from January 20 to 26 .
The City of Beniel adheres to this campaign, with the aim of continuing to enhance road safety.
The age of the vehicle is a risk factor because it lacks the recently implemented safety systems and equipment, in addition to the problems arising from its use.
Proper maintenance and tuning of the main safety elements of the vehicle, that is, tires, brakes, lights and signaling, is essential to combat accidents.
This campaign is carried out with the objective of helping to reduce the number of injuries and deaths in traffic accidents and to raise awareness about the importance of good maintenance of the vehicle and its safety features.
