The Director General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control, Francisco Espejo, today presented the City of Beniel the ecopark or collection point that the Ministry of Agriculture and Water has built in the Municipality, municipally owned land for the waste collection recoverable urban and special.
Stressed that this mirror is 36 the municipal parks and built in the region.
This work has involved an investment of 220,800 euros, financed by the Cohesion Fund of the European Union.
The City Council is committed to its implementation within three months and to finance the costs of their upkeep and maintenance.

The municipal parks and recycling points play a role in the collection of waste house source: small and large appliances, batteries, motor oils and vegetables, clothing and footwear, paper and cardboard, pruning waste, fluorescent tubes and radiographs , among others.
The municipal parks can be used by individuals, businesses, offices and services whose production of waste, by its nature or composition, is similar to those produced in private homes.
However, not allowed waste from industrial activities.
