González Tovar and the mayor of Beniel electronic booths opened 2 (14/03/2011)

The government delegate in the Region of Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, with the mayor of Beniel, Roberto Garcia, have opened two electronic boxes from which access is given to the public network services in the City.

This is a free service that has been funded by the Ministry of Planning Policy and will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

González Tovar explained that last year Beniel developed eGovernment services through the platform SIGEM (Integrated Municipal Management), Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, which has allowed much of the administrative services can be found on the Internet, from home or from these booths.

Thanks to the above cabins, citizenship can perform administrative Beniel Hall as processing of a certificate of registration, request for parking restriction, building permits, etc.

Also includes the ability to process files to other authorities such as Central or Regional, being able to perform queries on points of driving license, make an appointment at Health Services, etc.

The government delegate said "this service will allow people who do not have Internet access at home, can access through these cabs put into service today the City Council, which is one step closer to equality of opportunity between people of Beniel and to extend the use of new technologies. "

The Government of Spain drives modernization Beniel

The services are launched today are part of the Plan for Modernization of Beniel City Council, which has had financial support from the Ministry of Regional Policy, who in 2009 provided 500,000 euros for its development and aims to improve services offered to the neighbors.
